Out of commission

So much has happened everywhere, yet I have been totally oblivious to it. First the kid was sick. Sick like he never has been before, with fever ranging 101-104 —totally impervious to fever reducer medicines—, cough, vomiting, and extremely sore throat. He stopped eating for four full days, just liquids. It was a living hell. Then, just when I thought it was over, it was my time to pay “the dues.” In better shape than kid to withstand it, I am barely recovering from a similar “series of unfortunate events.”

I will catch up, in time. Now back to rest.
